I care about creating a safe online space for young adults to explore and understand their experiences, focusing on young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD and autism.
My therapy approach utilizes the following modalities, trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, family systems theory and attachment theories. I tailor my methods to meet the unique needs of each child and family.
With fifteen years of experience in schools, group homes, and in-home counseling, I have developed skills to support youth during tough times. I focus on assisting young adults aged 13-18 who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, drinking coffee, and spending time with my husband and twin daughters.
