Life can sometimes be difficult, and therapy can help. I work with couples, families of adult children and individuals to improve communication and to reduce conflict in their relationships. Perhaps you're navigating difficult life changes, that might include separation, divorce, infidelity, illness, aging, career change, regrets, retirement and/or the passing of a loved one. In therapy, you can explore these issues without judgement, contemplate the changes you desire and set a new path for your future. My services are especially helpful to those stuck in an unbalanced partnership with someone who is toxic or narcissistic.

Therapy done well should feel productive, helpful and hopeful. It's not intended to go on forever, nor without clear goals and expectations. I work collaboratively with clients to improve their relationships and to resolve internal conflicts. I offer in-person sessions in Austin and North Dallas as well as couple's weekend intensives and virtual sessions.

There is much that can be accomplished when you commit to working on yourself. My clinical approach is grounded in data-driven therapies and in knowing that deep emotional connection, as well as lasting change, is possible.
