I offer neurodiversity-affirming therapy for neurodivergent people who are exhausted from masking, overthinking, and holding themselves together in a world that wasn’t built for them. As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand how tiring it can be to constantly adapt, explain yourself, or feel “on” all the time. In our work together, I focus on what truly supports you—because your nervous system, needs, and way of moving through the world are uniquely yours, and that deserves care and respect.
I draw from DBT, solution-focused, PE, CBT, ERP, and feminist therapy approaches. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and paced to your needs. We may explore burnout, executive functioning challenges, sensory overwhelm, shutdowns or meltdowns, stimming, identity questions, relationship patterns, or nervous system regulation.
