I see teens, adults, and couples experiencing Anxiety, OCD, Trauma, Depression, Relationship Challenges, Self-Esteem Concerns, and Major Life Transitions. Many of my clients feel exhausted by overthinking, disconnected from themselves, and caught in patterns that no longer serve them
My therapeutic style blends authenticity, encouragement, and gentle humor. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic based therapies, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. Lasting growth is nurtured through connection, compassion, and the freedom to be fully yourself.
I believe healing involves more than shifting your thoughts. It also means understanding how your nervous system, emotions, and body work together.
