I’m a therapist working with children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 3–30) experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and self-esteem concerns. I am a Certified ADHD Specialist (ADHD-CSP) and Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP). I provide a warm, supportive, trauma-informed space where clients feel safe and understood. Using CBT, I help clients build insight into symptoms, understand the impact of stressors, and develop practical coping skills to improve daily functioning and emotional well-being.
