I work with adolescents and adults navigating identity exploration, emotional overwhelm, neurodivergence, creative blocks, relationship challenges, and self-esteem struggles.

I specialize in working with creatives, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those who have always felt a bit outside the mainstream. I’m deeply prepared to help through both lived experience and rigorous doctoral and postdoctoral training in psychology. Cyclical Clarity is a therapeutic support group designed for individuals seeking understanding, stability, and community as they move through the monthly challenges of PMDD. Together, we explore emotional regulation, relationship patterns, self-compassion, and practical tools for navigating the luteal phase with more support and less shame.
