I am a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder and clinical director of Transcendent Self Therapy in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. I work with a limited number of clients who are seeking depth-oriented, relational psychotherapy and are ready to engage seriously in the work of self-understanding and change.
Many of the individuals I work with are creatives, leaders, clinicians, and people navigating periods of transition. They are often highly reflective and emotionally nuanced, yet find themselves feeling stuck, disconnected, or longing for greater clarity, meaning, or authenticity in their lives.
My approach is collaborative, relational, and exploratory. Drawing from psychodynamic and relational therapy, mindfulness, parts work, and creative exploration, I help clients better understand patterns of identity, emotion, and relationship as they unfold in real time. I believe therapy is most powerful when it is spacious, attuned, and taken seriously.
With a foundation rooted in nearly 20 years of professional expertise, I bring both skill and compassion to this work. With warmth and careful attunement, I support clients in exploring their inner worlds, cultivating self-trust, and developing more integrated and meaningful ways of living.
