If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to put words to what you’re experiencing, therapy can be a place where you finally get to exhale. You might be holding everything together on the outside while feeling lost, disconnected, or heavy on the inside. That experience is more common than you realize — and it deserves care, not judgment. Over time, they can quietly show up emotional exhaustion, relationship strain, or a loss of connection with yourself. I believe in beginning exactly where you are and working together to gently understand your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. There is only space to explore, reflect, and feel supported.
I am a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, trained to approach each client with warmth, curiosity, and respect. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, with special care for adolescents, young adults, and women who are navigating growth, change, and emotional complexity.
