For as long as I can remember I have found interest in helping others in all aspects of life. To help others find the path to a healthy and happy lifestyle. I enjoy healing hearts and finding steps to recovery. Therapy is seen in all sorts of approaches provided by all sorts of therapists which make us unique to each and every individual. I find myself learning to mold into the needs of individual patients and experiencing the different needs of different communities, families, and individuals.
I enjoy working with all ages, from birth to end of life. I am comfortable with treatment related to depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance use, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorders, mood disorders, and many more. I always love a challenge.
As a child coming from a divorced family, challenged with high school and severe postpartum depression I knew that using these experiences to support others would be my calling. I started college the summer following high school graduation and never stopped. I wake up every day eager to help others and save lives.
