Navigating the complexities of life can often feel overwhelming. I've dedicated my career to exploring the philosophical, psychological, and spiritual dimensions of our experiences, helping individuals find clarity and direction for positive change. When feelings and thoughts become burdensome, relationships strain, or support feels lacking, seeking guidance can illuminate a new path forward. I believe deeply in the power of connection and approach each counseling session with compassion and commitment for you. My goal is to help you individuate, to develop who you are, in your own right.
My areas of practice encompass coping with anxiety and depression, managing chronic illness, healing from trauma and abuse, navigating relational challenges, processing grief, exploring meaning, and supporting neurodiversity, among others. My therapeutic approaches draw from person-centered, existential-humanistic, mindful self-compassion, and CBT.
“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” -Victor Frankl. I view myself as a mirror, helping you reflect on yourself what you might otherwise not see; helping you acquire the skills needed to no longer need the mirror.
