I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 5 years of clinical experience. I specialize in addiction, ADHD, anxiety, panic disorders, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. I also have expertise working with relationship and/or family issues and narcissistic abuse.
I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Kentucky University. I am a certified clinical trauma professional and a certified clinical anxiety treatment professional. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.
