I believe the body naturally wants to move toward healing and use this approach through my work with trauma, anxiety, and stress. I am passionate about equipping people to work through past, present, and future challenges and strive to be a peaceful and supportive presence in the process. I believe therapy is a place for laughter, tears, connection, and healing.
I primarily utilize Somatic Experiencing and attachment theory to help clients get to the root of their anxiety, disordered eating, body image struggles, perfectionism, and many other concerns.
I know how scary and uncomfortable it can be to be vulnerable. I’m here to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment to explore life’s challenges with you.
