I know finding a new therapist can feel overwhelming, so I am happy to offer free 15-min phone consultations to help you decide if I'm a good fit. I specialize in working with anxiety, food and body image issues, trauma, ADD/ADHD, people-pleasing, boundaries, and self-esteem. I often incorporate mindfulness and somatic techniques in my sessions so that the mind, body, and nervous system are included for optimal healing. To me, being a therapist is a great privilege, and I truly love being able to connect with and support the wonderful humans that are my clients.
In addition to creating a safe for you to be heard, I want you to feel like you get a lot out of our sessions. I love helping my clients learn new skills and strategies that they can utilize in their daily lives to cope with life's stressors and changes, as well as foster more self-love, fulfilling relationships, and regular enjoyment in their lives.
I know opening up & accepting help from anyone - let alone a stranger - is hard. My hope is to create safety together in a way that helps you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Please reach out if you think I might be a good fit for your therapist. Together, we can help you create the life you deserve to live.
