Sometimes life gets chaotic and messy and we get tangled up in our thoughts and mixed up feelings. It’s okay that we don’t know where to go and sometimes we need someone to guide us back to shore. My role as your therapist is to help navigate you through these thoughts and help guide you to the best version of the life you see for yourself. My passion for helping people stems from understanding that as individuals we all experience hardships. My ability to create safe spaces, provides others for opportunities to let their guard down and focus on self care and healing.
I have over a decade of experience working with individuals with trauma, anxiety and depression. Understanding someone is one layer, providing the care someone needs is the next. I work collaboratively with clients to create a self care plan; one that ignites positive life changes so that healing can occur.
My personality is vibrant, my soul is kind and I use humor in my everyday life because I believe in happiness. I work with ages 7 and up, accept Aetna, Cigna, United and Optum insurance and also offer a sliding pay scale.
