I enjoy working with families and teens struggling with eating disorders, life transitions, building self confidence, and communication issues. The world can throw a lot of information at you, so my goal is to help parents develop an understanding of their teen's eating disorder and how to best support them in their journey to recovery.
My goal is to help you embrace the chaos and unknown of life changes by building up your confidence and being fully present in your own life.
