| Español My passion is helping families, teens, and young adults resolve issues in their lives and experience growth and hope for the future. I work best with clients who want to identify their triggers and stuck points that cause OCD, anxiety, or identity considerations (be it LGBT, new diagnoses, life transitions, faith journeys, etc.) and use their own strengths to overcome these concerns.
I value using ACT, IFS, somatic approaches, and ERP to help clients understand why they think and feel what they do, and how to use their strengths to change unhelpful patterns and find meaning/purpose in life. I am also trained in multiple trauma processing modalities to help you heal from even the deepest of "stuck points".
