Hello! I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I am trained in DBT and EMDR. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent folks, clients with complex trauma, and highly sensitive people. I love helping clients identify treatment goals and improve self-esteem. I utilize play therapy-informed strategies, expressive arts, virtual games and activities, and lots of fun creative ways to help people move forward.
By blending EMDR and DBT, I am able to help people focus on learning new skills and letting go of traumatic experiences. I love helping people learn mindfulness and meditation strategies, communication skills, and lots of practical techniques which can be used in day to day life.
