I also enjoy working alongside clients who are navigating life transitions such as entering college/grad school, making a job change, becoming a parent/guardian, etc.
I would describe my therapy approach as authentic, warm, and understanding. My goal is to create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts & feelings, while helping you find real growth. I balance meeting you where you are with pushing you to reach for more: more connection, more self love, more contentment, and just more out of life.
