Welcome, I am so happy you are here! With life being full of change/adaptation, I know how challenging it can be to try to find your place in the world and figure out your true sense of self. My focus is to work alongside you to help navigate those complex feelings that arise. I enjoy helping individuals establish & accomplish their desired goals/personal growth. I aim to find the right balance between challenging you to achieve your full potential & simply meeting you where you are emotionally. My specialty areas include anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, stress-management, and relational concerns for individuals ages 12+.
Once you step into my office, you can expect a safe space to be your authentic self, unapologetically. Fidgets, games, coloring supplies, kinetic sand, weighted stuffed animals, mints/jolly ranchers, and other grounding items are available for you at any time :) I am always open to any special requests for your comfortability as well.
