Sometimes that means identifying how to get motivated in life, other times that's ending a relationship, while other times it's finding ways to manage symptoms of depression or anxiety. I use a client centered approach to ensure that the therapy offered is useful and valued.
My specialty is you. I work hard to create a safe and relaxed environment for you to do the work that you need to do. My role is to help you process experiences and support you as you walk through the various seasons of life. Also, I have a special interest in working with Internationals/Transplants/First Gen clients.
