Welcome to GBS! So glad you are here! Are you feeling overwhelmed with anxiety and stress? Is it negatively impacting your daily life in areas such as parenting or your career? With so much going on in the world around us, it can be difficult for adults to navigate through life's constant changes and pressures. Sometimes we need extra help and support to lift some weight off of our shoulders. So happy to see you reaching out for help!

I specialize in supporting women navigating life transitions such as divorce, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, anxiety, and depression. I strive to create a relatable, safe space to process, prepare, and move forward using mindfulness-based approaches and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I encourage my clients to create attainable goals and support them in reaching said goals. My sessions are geared towards getting to know you and supporting healthy growth towards your end goals. I also enjoy working with young adults transitioning through new phases of their life! Adjusting can be difficult, but not with someone by your side!
