About
In today’s busy way of life, we rarely stop for a moment for self-care. But if our cup is empty, how can we pour into anyone else’s. Through my passion of helping others, I use the counseling session as one where the client(s) and I collaborate to improve everyday life. A safe space is created where we explore and define presenting problems, develop future goals for an improved life, and implement change. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other approaches that fit the client(s) needs.
Some of the struggles I have experience helping clients process through are traumatic situations, stress, anxiety, mood disturbances, adjustments in life, relationships, depression, and family stressors.
My role as your counselor is to support you and help you navigate through those difficulties. I look forward to helping you achieve growth and healing.
