What our kids experience and learn in their early years becomes the way they live in and make sense of the world. From family conflict, grief, divorce, or adoption to mental health or school challenges, I believe in the healing power of making children feel heard, known, and valued. It is a privilege to be with families in their parenting journey - however and wherever it is going. From toddlers to pre-teens, I enjoy working with kids of all ages, identities, and needs.
I implement a variety of approaches to support my clients. While predominately practicing play therapy, I also utilize techniques from narrative, art, and solutions-focused therapies as well as TBRI.
