When we feel heard, seen, and understood, healing and growth are possible. I am here to create a safe space for you, or you and your partner, to explore and work with the struggles that are leading you to seek therapy. Most of us enter into partnership with the best intentions; we want to feel mutually satisfied, secure and supported in our relationship. After some time, old patterns take hold and we can find ourselves feeling disconnected, confused, or insecure in relationship. Therapy can help you get unstuck by offering an experience of being supported in ways that are uniquely tailored to help the growth of you and your partner.
I specialize in working with couples and individuals who are experiencing interpersonal relationship challenges. I offer couples the room to explore attachment patterns and learn in session, moment to moment, healthier and more secure ways of relating. My therapeutic style is relational, collaborative, trauma informed and rooted in attachment theory.
Seeking the support of a therapist takes courage and vulnerability. In my work with clients, I am constantly in awe of the resiliency and capacity to heal that exists within each of us. If you would like to work together, I invite you to contact me. I offer a free 15 minute phone call to see if we might be a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you.
