I love working with those who have felt invalidated or unsafe when trying to explore trauma in the past; those who are navigating life after a childhood or relationship filled with toxicity, are feeling unfulfilled due to events or beliefs from their past, or are feeling like there’s no “after” of their traumatic experiences. I use EMDR, IFS and Flash to help guide you towards relief from your problems. My goal is to help you create sustainable safety after abuse or trauma.
I’ll follow your lead, gently holding you accountable in a warm, light-hearted environment. If you're sick of not making lasting changes to your life and relationships or If you’ve experienced physical, emotional, or sexual violation in relationships, I am here to support you and help you find relief from the things weighing you down.
As an EMDR trained therapist, I can help you resolve and process memories and stressors that are making day to day life unmanagable. I have experience working with childhood abuse survivors, survivors of domestic violence, and adults from various walks of life. Group Details: Group Sign Up: https://forms.gle/obDBXFeZxe3MVuwL8 - This group's purpose is to provide a supportive space to manage “Sunday Scaries” and reduce end-of-weekend anxiety through mindfulness, reflection, and relaxation techniques. The group takes place every Sunday evening 8:00pm-9:00pm March 23rd- April 27th, all meetings will be virtual. Groups are $60/session or $330 up front. Ideal Participants are adults who experience anxiety or stress related to the upcoming week, open to adults in CT and NC
