Hi! I'm so glad you're here, this is a big first step! My specialty is working with those who have felt invalidated or unsafe when trying to explore trauma in the past; those who are navigating life after a childhood or relationship filled with toxicity, are feeling unfulfilled due to events or beliefs from their past, or are feeling like there’s no “after” of their traumatic experiences. I use EMDR, IFS and Flash to help guide you towards relief from your pain. You deserve to wake up feeling safe and joyful. My goal is to help you create sustainable safety after abuse or trauma. Together, we’ll collaborate on your healing journey.
I’ll follow your lead, gently holding you accountable in a warm, light-hearted environment. As an EMDR trained therapist, I can help you resolve and process memories and stressors that are making day to day life unmanagable. I have experience working with childhood abuse survivors, survivors of domestic violence, and adults from various walks of life.
