I prioritize authenticity, guiding individuals towards self-acceptance and self-expression. In my safe space, you can explore emotions, enhance self-identity, and ease spiraling thoughts. Many face these battles alone due to social anxiety, fear of judgment, or lack of support... Together, let's reduce depression, nurture self-compassion, and foster self-confidence.

My approach incorporates narrative, person-centered, and psychodynamic therapies. Each person's unique experiences, identities, and challenges shape their perspective on the world. Together, we will make connections between your past experiences and current feelings in a way that promotes healing and growth.
