I specialize in working with adults with ADHD and trauma, helping clients create practical, sustainable systems to manage executive functioning challenges and move forward with greater ease and confidence. As someone who lives with ADHD myself, I understand how exhausting it can feel to constantly push against your own brain just to get things done. I am also trained in EMDR therapy, which supports clients in reprocessing traumatic experiences and negative beliefs. Trauma looks different for everyone, and no matter what the experience was, your response to it is valid.

I often start by focusing on what’s showing up in daily life before exploring deeper roots. Doing deeper work without support can feel like digging in sand—things keep slipping back in. By building practical tools and skills first, we create stability that allows for more effective, sustainable healing.

My goal is to help clients make meaningful progress toward their goals, whatever those may be. I believe strong therapeutic relationships are the foundation of effective therapy. I bring a relaxed, conversational style that balances curiosity, flexibility, collaboration, and humor when appropriate. I look forward to meeting you.
