Very often in life we go through things which are out of our control. Sometimes it can feel like one thing after another and a constant need to solve problems and navigate tough situations. I love the process of meeting my clients where they're at and walking beside them as they grow and move towards the best version of themselves. I genuinely think being a therapist is the coolest job in the world and I feel very privileged to work with people from many different walks or seasons of life.
Like many others before me, I became a social worker with the simple goal of helping others. Throughout my career I have worked in various settings including schools, inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment programs, and inpatient and outpatient medical units.
I know it can be scary taking those first steps to seek help. My goal is to create a warm, comfortable, and safe space for all who step through my door!
