I work with adults, couples, and families using a mindfulness-based perspective to cope with life's transitions and stress. I offer a holistic approach to therapy integrating all aspects of one's life, including relationships, health, school/career and family background. Working with teens and young adults, I have helped with the transition to college, social anxiety, dating, and depression. I am skilled at coaching families and couples through conflict and misunderstandings by setting goals and working to manage emotions. Starting therapy can be daunting; I will help you find comfort and confidence in your self-exploration.
My clinical specialties also include individuals and couples impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault trauma. The impact trauma has can be pervasive, resulting in issues with intimacy and trust. I strive to rebuild trust and empower my clients to overcome fear and work toward meaningful change.
At Introspective Family Therapy and Sol Wellness, we offer a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy that promotes health and wellness and fits our clients' unique needs.
