I approach therapy as a place where you can be seen and heard in all phases of your life. I specialize in supporting women experiencing anxiety and stress often as a result of trauma, relational wounds, and overwhelming circumstances in life. You don't have to figure this out on your own. My approach to therapy is holistic and relational, where we can collaboratively work towards your healing, discover your strengths, and instill hope. We will work towards naming what you're feeling, communicating with others in healthier ways, and finding tools to deal with your anxiety and stress better.
I work with many women who have so much on their plates, from parenting to juggling work environments and life transitions. Wearing all these hats can feel burdensome and sometimes cause you to lose connection to yourself and others. The women I work with are experiencing anxiety, stress, and overwhelm, which they notice negatively impacting their daily life
I create an environment that is calming and safe for you to express yourself and be heard. Our time together is where you can attune to yourself in a stable and secure place. In sessions, I bring a supportive and compassionate presence that allows you to move towards healing, finding healthy ways of coping, and taking care of yourself in a loving way.
