My primary training and clinical experience is in working with adults and college students experiencing a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, substance use, and trauma/complex trauma.
My approach is holistic and collaborative; I believe that individuals are experts in their own lives and, as your therapist, I aim to gain a deep understanding of the various contexts—past and present—that impact you so that I can best help you gain insight and access your inner strengths.
