About
My desire is to work with people who are exploring their relationships and sexuality, whether monogamous or non-monogamous. I am kink friendly and sex positive. I have experience working with depression, anxiety and substance use disorders, although these are not my current primary focus. I think that the mind-body connection is essential, both in expressing desire and maintain lifelong health.
People show up to therapy in various stages of change, and the only way to facilitate that is through meeting client's where they are at. The importance of mind-body connection is so often forgotten, and my passion is awakening this essential element of life to help people reconnect with themselves and their community.
I am excited to work with people who want to explore relationships, sexuality and deeper meaning. Your journey is unique and I am grateful to anyone who is willing to grow and share in that journey with me.
