As a Certified DBT, EMDR, and trauma therapist trained in CBT, I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore what’s holding you back. I use a solution-focused approach, integrating DBT, CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness to help clients heal, grow, and move forward. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, dissociation, personality disorders, and relationship issues, with experience supporting first responders and those recovering from narcissistic abuse and gaslighting.
