I believe in providing a multi-modal approach that is client centered and strength based because therapy is not “one size fits all”. I am a NYS licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and received my master's at Hofstra University. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) by Postpartum Support International.
Informed by both my personal and professional experiences, I am deeply passionate about supporting each individual, especially mothers and couples navigating parenthood, in building stronger relationships and more fulfilling lives.
