Many of my clients feel overstimulated, unsure of what they truly want, and ready to start prioritizing their own well-being. I support those struggling with anxiety, panic, perfectionism, low self-worth, trauma, and difficulty prioritizing themselves. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, shift unhelpful patterns, and build the life you want.
