Although I am comfortable with any issue or area of concern, my passion is addiction and substance abuse. I was interested in therapy purely to help people along in their individual journey through life. My approach to therapy comes from a space of empathy, compassion, and absolutely zero judgement. My goal for every individual is to help them feel better.
I became interested in therapy due to my own personal struggles with addiction and with 10 years of sobriety, I hope to help others. My goal is for you to get something out of the work we do together and for it to be worthwhile and beneficial for you. I will work alongside you to help you reach your goals while appreciating and celebrating your strengths.
