I am a practicing therapist since 2016 that primarily specializes in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. I am familiar treating a variety of conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression and mood-related conditions, behavioral issues, trauma and dissociative disorders. My approach is informed by EMDR therapy, attachment theory, and developmental psychology. I frequently utilize approaches from EMDR therapy and influenced by principles of Theraplay, Internal Family Systems, and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy to best support my clients and their families.
My passion is treating children and adolescents and helping families thrive. I offer primarily telehealth services but have very limited inperson options.
