I'm a compassionate LCSW who enjoys helping people become healthy and self-aware with my balance of empathy and accountability. I am comfortable supporting people through some of their darkest moments, and have years of experience working with sexual abuse survivors, and those who have experienced complex trauma. In addition to trauma work, I can help with regulation issues related to anxiety, depression, and everyday stressors that we all experience.
I am a very nonjudgemental person, and I strive to create a feeling of safety and comfort with my clients. It is important to me that we feel like a balanced team, and that I am attuned to your needs and goals. My specialties include complex trauma, relational and attachment issues, borderline personality disorder, and suicidal ideation.
