Burnout to Balance: A Neuro-affirming Group
This group centers acceptance, authenticity, and community rather than trying to “fix” neurodivergence. This neuro-affirming therapy group is designed for adults who identify as neurodivergent (including ADHD, autistic, or questioning). Together we explore how our brains work, reduce shame, and develop supportive strategies for navigating a neurotypical world. Group starts 5/7/26 and runs for 6 weeks.
