(My practice is currently FULL, but I'm happy to help you find another clinician who may be a good fit.) Though I see a range of client types, I find I am best suited to work with the black sheep. My clients often find it taxing, if not impossible, to function at high levels while carrying their stressors. I work with people to figure out what good looks like for them, and help them create a new, intentional, normal. My clients come to me stressed, anxious, depressed, traumatized, worried, and angry; and they are all on a path of healing and growth. I see all sexual orientations and genders in my practice.
I am a secular therapist offering evidence based psychotherapy. I am client-centered in my approach, and believe you deserve a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs, goals, and strengths. I will pull from different theories to provide you with the support and tools you need to make the changes you want.
