Hello! I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and depression in adults. I have been a therapist since 2016 and became fully licensed as a psychologist in 2022. I strive to meet clients where they are at and form a collaborative approach to therapy. During our first meeting we will identify your goals for therapy and determine the best way to start tacking them. This will include developing a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs that allows us to address and reduce concerns that are interfering in your daily life.
I provide evidence-based cognitive behavior therapy and third-wave behavioral approaches (ACT and DBT) for a variety of concerns; however, I have specialized training treating trauma and PTSD with Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure therapy and OCD with Exposure and Response Prevention.
As a therapist, my goal is to establish a strong connection that allows you to feel safe and supported while you are in therapy. I am passionate about helping people and I love getting to know each of my clients and watching them heal and grow, to build the life they want to live.
