Hi, I'm Kate! I'm a licensed clinical social worker, trauma-informed therapist, ADHD-er, and high-achieving creative. I help self-aware, perfectionistic, deep feeling women find worthiness, self-trust, and confidence while embracing all parts of themselves. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed and restless in daily life, while putting their needs last on the to-do list. I also work with mothers who are newly diagnosed with ADHD and are trying to make sense of what this diagnosis means for their daily life, and how it impacts relationships and identity.
We’ll explore the roots of your pain and help you reconnect with a sense of safety, emotional regulation, and wholeness. I incorporate EMDR, IFS, & somatic work into sessions.
