In our work together, all of you is welcome. I'll accompany you in your process of healing, understanding, and integrating your whole self - which may include parts that you’ve adapted to reject or disconnect from. My work is relational, experiential, and feminist. I use techniques from psychodynamic and emotion-focused therapies, mindfulness, and trauma-informed somatic modalities, and also offer EMDR therapy to address the root causes of trauma symptoms when appropriate. We'll collaboratively hold whatever comes up, even when those multiplicities seem to contradict each other, gently making space for all that's there.
In sessions we will work creatively to tailor therapy to your particular challenges and strengths, and find ways to support your own capacity for self-reflection. We will explore past experiences alongside present-moment needs, desires, and challenges through contact with thoughts, emotions, relationships, and dreams at a pace attuned to your nervous system.
