I see my job as making that process feel safe and attainable by providing a warm, supportive, and tailored counseling environment.

I use a variety of therapy treatments, and we can work together to determine the best fit for you. The modality I use most frequently (and highly recommend) is Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Through EMDR, clients can gain relief from the pain of distressing memories and re-evaluate internal narratives that may not be helpful anymore.
