I have been a therapist for nearly 20 years! My passion is helping Later-in-Life Diagnosed ADHD women. I am a proud ADHD woman but it's okay if you don't feel that way yet. I have extensive experience in trauma work as well. I am EMDR trained which is quite helpful with ADHD too!
