My practice is largely informed by IFS, AEDP, Brainspotting, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Narrative Therapy and Attachment theory. I am able to support individuals in a variety of areas such as, Anxiety, Maternal Mental Health, Pregnancy Support, Parenting, Life Transitions, Grief/Loss, Depression, OCD, Self-esteem, Self-empowerment, and Personal Growth.
