Psychotherapy provides an environment where you can learn about yourself and create change in your life. I work to provide a safe, comfortable, and confidential environment for my clients to begin to achieve their goals and to regain a sense of satisfaction with their lives. Through my direct and interactive approach we will work collaboratively to empower you to grow and become more aware.

I have a focus in the following areas: anxiety, grief, depression, relationship issues, postpartum mental health, low self esteem, sexuality, and work related stress. I also have a special interest in working with those in the creative arts field and helping them cope with the unique stressors that often face artists, performers, and creators.

Over the last 25 years I have worked with adults and adolescents in a variety of settings, including Mount Sinai-Beth Israel's Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program, NYU's Student Counseling and Wellness Services, and an outpatient mental health clinic. I am licensed in New York, California, New Jersey, and Tennessee and work with bicoastal clients.
