Hi, I'm glad you're here. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live an authentic and fulfilling life. My approach to therapy is meeting people where they are and helping them get to where they want to be. I think that change happens through genuine connection, so feel free to be completely yourself in therapy - I’ll do the same. Some of the topics I'm passionate about in my practice are body image/body neutrality, grief, anxiety, parenting, exploring gender and sexuality, dating/relationships, life transitions, social difficulties, and OCD, but really, I'm open and excited to support you with whatever you're dealing with.
I have 12 years of experience as a social worker. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. I am here to partner with you. I am mindful of cultural differences, acknowledge my privilege as a cisgender, queer white woman, and use this awareness to better understand and respect others' unique perspectives.
Whether you're navigating life transitions, daily challenges, or seeking personal growth, I'm here to provide guidance, support, & practical tools to help you thrive. I believe in the power of therapy to foster insight, resilience, and change. Together, we'll work towards building healthier patterns and cultivating greater self-awareness and fulfillment.
