Hi, I'm glad you're here. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live an authentic and fulfilling life. My approach to therapy is meeting people where they are and helping them get to where they want to be. I think that change happens through genuine connection, so feel free to be completely yourself in therapy - I’ll do the same. Some of the topics I'm passionate about in my practice are body image/body neutrality, grief, anxiety, parenting, exploring gender and sexuality, dating/relationships, life transitions, social difficulties, and OCD, but really, I'm open and excited to support you with whatever you're dealing with.
