I help women and girls let go of perfect and find joy. I specialize in helping clients heal from anxiety, trauma, and body image issues. The grip of needing to be perfect, constant worries that something bad will happen, and the obsessive pressure of food rules sucks happiness out of life, but it doesn't have to last forever. Imagine feeling at ease, able to enjoy deeper relationships, confident in your skin, and freedom from food freakouts. I'd love to help you ditch the chaos and replace struggle with serenity.

I have a background in mindful movement, trauma and grief counseling with training in EMDR and Trauma Focused CBT. I use a Health at Every Size approach to eating disorder recovery. I enjoy using art, mindfulness, play, and movement to help folks unlock the satisfaction they've been missing in life.

We all need extra support and understanding at challenging times. You don't have to figure it all out by yourself. It's time for more peace, connection, and happiness. Find out more via my website or give me a call.
