Hello and welcome! I am a trauma-focused therapist serving clients for almost ten years. I have a wide range of experience working with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Some of common types of trauma survivors I have worked with include but are not limited to sexual assault, domestic violence, and family-related trauma survivors. I work with clients to learn coping mechanisms for issues they might be experiencing related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to help clients learn ways to heal and grow from past experiences and move toward healthy change.
Some of the specific approaches I offer include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic approaches. As a trauma-focused therapist, I will work with you to ensure you feel comfortable with our approach in session as you start your therapy journey.
Reaching out for help can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to do it alone. I take a down-to-earth, supportive approach and work side by side with clients to face challenges and create meaningful change. I care deeply about this work and feel honored to walk alongside people as they heal, grow, and move forward.
